As our services are by appointment only, each appointment is scheduled in advance based on the client’s needs, including scheduling, staffing, and preparation. Therefore, please understand and comply with the following policies if you need to cancel your appointment or request a refund.

If you need to cancel your booked massage service, please contact us at least one day in advance.

If you cancel your appointment within the specified time, we will assist you with your appointment adjustment or refund request based on your specific circumstances.

2. Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show

If you cancel your service one day before the appointment, or fail to notify us in advance and do not arrive at the appointed time, it may affect your eligibility for a refund.

For last-minute cancellations, severe lateness, or no-shows, we may not be able to provide a full refund; the specific handling method will be confirmed based on the actual situation.

3. Refund Request Process

If you meet the refund requirements, you can contact us by email or phone to submit a refund request.

A refund request requires relevant appointment information so that we can verify the order and service arrangements.

After receiving your refund request, we will complete the review and processing within 3 business days.

4. Refund Arrival Time

Once the refund is approved, the refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Due to varying processing times among different payment institutions, refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reach your account. The exact arrival time may be affected by the processing speed of the bank or payment platform.

5. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend the service at your original appointment time, you can contact us in advance to request a rescheduling.

We will try our best to help you reschedule a suitable time based on the current appointment schedule and service availability.
